• DO use overhead irrigation or a garden hose

• DO NOT use drip irrigation on California natives. They are not adapted to receive water in this manner.

• DO pay close attention to the shade requirements. These natives are adapted to exploit specific micro-climates like full sun, partial shade, or full shade.
